Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship from Bucharest, Romania via FAN Courier. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Romania: 1–2 business days — 20 RON (free over 290 RON)
- Eastern EU (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 5–8 business days — 45 RON (free over 290 RON)
- Rest of EU (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden): 5–10 business days — 65 RON (free over 290 RON)
- Southern EU (Cyprus, Greece, Malta): 7–12 business days — 55 RON (free over 290 RON)
- Western EU (Luxembourg): 5–8 business days — 55 RON (free over 290 RON)
Packaging Your coffee is packed in resealable 200g bags with a one-way valve to preserve freshness, shipped in protective cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order via the FAN Courier website.
Customs & Import Duties All shipments within the EU are free of customs duties. For orders outside the EU, any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at kaf.brasserie@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
